Because Coffee With a Cause is a non-profit organization, we have to manage overhead very closely.  One of the ways we do this is by employing a limited amount of personnel to ensure the maximum amount of proceeds go towards our cause.  That's why we rely heavily on volunteers to assist us in our day-to-day operations - which, of course, keeps our full-time employees happy.  We are always accepting more volunteers who would like to work behind the counter or in some other fashion.

Our volunteer coordinator should be able to find a place for you to help at the coffee shop.  Is your youth group looking for opportunities to serve the community in a way that impacts the world for Jesus Christ?  Perhaps your Bible study group?  Volunteering at Coffee With a Cause would be a simple way for your group to be involved in the local community and in communities around the world.  Of course, for you coffee lovers, the benefit of working behind the counter and enjoying top-notch coffee from Indonesia is a benefit too.
